Game Preview
The Cowboys put in one of their worst performances of the season vs the Commanders in week 18 with QB Dak Prescott combining with CeeDee Lamb for Dallas’ only score of the game in a 6-26 loss. Prescott threw only 14 completions from 37 attempts and he will need to be better than in this showing in order to carry his team past Tampa Bay in the playoffs. Dallas is certainly capable of moving the football better than they did vs Washington and with Tony Pollard and Ezekiel Elliot they have elite rushing options to complement a top-tier pass game.

The Buccaneers took the opportunity to rest a number of key players during their 17-30 loss to the Falcons, with legendary QB Tom Brady playing less than one-half of the game and number 1 receiver Mike Evans not suiting up at all. All the big names will be back for the matchup with the Cowboys and Brady has a perfect career record vs Dallas, going 7-0 with almost 2000 yards and 15 touchdowns against them.
Cowboys vs Buccaneers Prediction
The Cowboys are a good team with multiple ways to hurt opposition teams but any team led by Tom Brady cannot be counted out, especially when you take his record vs Dallas into account. My head says Dallas should win this one, but who can bet against Brady in the postseason? Certainly not me.
