Game Preview
Ronald Koeman takes charge of his second game back in charge of the Netherlands on Monday, as the Dutch play host to Gibraltar. They will be heavily favored to finish in the top two positions in qualifying, and they are currently ranked as the sixth-best team in the world by FIFA.
However, the Dutch will be wary of qualification, as they famously missed out on back-to-back tournaments in 2016 and 2018. But, they faced no such issues in booking their spot at EURO 2020, as they won six of their eight qualifying matches.

This will be Gibraltar’s third qualifying campaign for a EUROs after becoming a UEFA member in 2012. However, they are yet to win a competitive match in qualifying for the major tournament in 18 attempts. Across those fixtures, they have scored just five goals, and have allowed 87.
Last year was very disappointing for the minnows, as they won just two of the ten matches that they played. However, both wins were picked up in the most recent international break in November, as they secured back-to-back victories against Liechtenstein and Andorra.
Prediction
This should be one of the most straightforward matches in this qualifying round to predict. The Netherlands should face no issues, and we fully expect them to cover the spread on Monday.
