Team News
It looks set to be another exciting edition of the NHL All-Star weekend. The Metropolitan Division reigned supreme in Las Vegas 12 months ago, as they dispatched the Pacific Division, before beating the Central Division in the final. This year, the team will be coached by Rod Brind’Amour, while a wealth of attacking talent will be available, including Alex Ovechkin, Sidney Crosby, and Jack Hughes.
However, it could be the Atlantic that progresses through to the final this year. Coached by Jim Montgomery of the Boston Bruins, the Atlantic Division will be boosted by forward options such as Mitch Marner and David Pastrnak, while extra depth is added by the inclusions of Nikita Kucherov, Nick Suzuki, and Matthew Tkachuk.

The Central Division made the final for the first time in the modern All-Star format, and they could be primed for another strong showing. Coached by Peter DeBoer, they can call up three stars from the reigning Stanley Cup champions, including Nathan MacKinnon, Mikko Rantanen, and Cale Makar.
The Pacific Division will be coached by Bruce Cassidy this weekend. Leon Draisaitl, Nazem Kadri, and Connor McDavid look set to be the stand-out players for the team. But, we could see them falling short against the Central Division in their opening game in Florida.
NHL All Star 2023 Predictions
It should be an exciting weekend of action for NHL fans this weekend. However, we like the chances of the Atlantic Division being the big winners in Florida. We could see them edging out the Central Division in the final.

Why is the NHL acting like NASCAR? Who in hell are they marketing to??
Sold-out to Disney’s zoo; no corporate shame here!
Just read the NHL press release — couldn’t tell if I was looking at the schedule of (lame) events, or one big advertisement.
As an ice hockey fan since 1962, I am floored by their insisting upon elaborating on this apparently annual Three Ring Circus and calling it “NHL All Star Weekend”.
All they are missing is the ‘Big Top’ (circus tent).
