Event Preview
The Arnold Palmer Invitational is the next stop on the PGA Tour this season, as players will compete across the Bay Hill Golf Course in Florida. Scottie Scheffler comes into the event as the defending champion, as the American held off the challenge from Tyrrell Hatton, Billy Horschel, and Viktor Hovland to claim victory last year.
Rory McIlroy is the second favorite for the event this weekend after slightly disappointing in the Genesis Open on his previous start. The 33-year-old finished in a tie for 29th, but he could bounce back in Florida, having previously won the Arnold Palmer in 2018.

Jon Rahm is a deserving favorite for the event this weekend, as the world number one has been in tremendous form already throughout 2023. The Spanish star won a second event of the season at the Genesis Open on his previous outing, and he will be targeting a tenth consecutive top-ten finish this weekend.
One of the most interesting betting angles this weekend could be Will Zalatoris. The 26-year-old has played in four events this season, and comes into the Arnold Palmer after a season-best finish in fourth at the Genesis Invitational.
Arnold Palmer Invitational Prediction
It will be a competitive event this weekend, with some of the best players in the world involved. However, we will be taking a chance on Viktor Hovland. The Norwegian finished second in the event 12 months ago, and comes into this event after taking top ten finishes in The Players, WGC-Workday, and Valspar.
