Event Preview
The Corales Puntacana Championship serves as an alternative event for players on the PGA Tour this weekend, as it will be played at the same time at the WGC Match Play in Texas. With many of the world’s best opting to compete in the U.S., there is a wide-open feel to the event in the Dominican Republic, which will be played across 7,670 yards.
Chad Ramey won the event in 2022, as he held off Ben Martin and Alex Smalley to win by a shot. However, the most serious contender this weekend of the previous champions is Joel Dahmen. The American landed victory in this event in 2021, as he held off Sam Ryder and Rafael Campos to win by a shot.

Wyndham Clark is the player at the top of the betting this weekend, as he comes into the event in excellent form. The 29-year-old finished in fifth at the Valspar Championship last weekend, and has made the cut in each of his previous eight appearances; finishing in the top ten on four occasions.
However, we would be happy to take a price this weekend, as each of the previous five winners has been priced up at +5000 or bigger, including the +30000 winner in 2020.
Corales Puntacana Championship Predictions
One player that we like at a massive price this weekend is Richy Werenski. He finished 20th at Pebble Beach earlier this year, and has finished in the top 30 in two separate events already in the past 12 months.
