Game Preview
Roy Hodgson’s second reign as Crystal Palace manager begins at home to Leicester as his side faces the first of six fixtures in April against sides battling relegation. His Palace side, under the helm of under 21’s boss Paddy McCarthy was put to the sword by Arsenal last time out in a 4-1 defeat as their lack of confidence in both boxes was on full display. Joachim Anderson was injured in the warm-up for the Arsenal game and Hodgson will be hoping the defensive lynchpin is back fit for this one.

Leicester scored with their only shot on target to come away from Brentford with a 1-1 draw last time out. The Foxes are one of just three sides, across the major leagues in Europe, not to have kept a clean sheet since the return to league action following the World Cup. Goalkeeper Daniel Iverson made his debut against Brentford, replacing Danny Ward, but other than being beaten by a deflected strike had very little to do here.
Prediction
This is a huge month for the future of Crystal Palace and they cannot afford any slip-ups. Leicester also needs to make the most of every opportunity for points. These two teams will likely cancel each other out here.
