Game Preview
The Chiefs defeated the Bengals in the AFC Conference game to reach the Superbowl for the 5th time in their history. Despite being injured, Patrick Mahomes was able to lead his team to a 20-23 victory and Kansas City will be grateful for the two-week break in order to get their star quarterback healthy.
Also key to Kansas City’s hopes is tight end Travis Kelce, the 10-year veteran caught 7 passes for 78 yards and 1 touchdown in the game vs the Bengals and he is a vital outlet for Mahomes’ offense.

The Eagles destroyed the 49ers 7-31 in the NFC Conference game, and whilst their offense was good it was their defense that stole the show. An early sack on rookie QB Brock Purdy sent him to the sidelines, and his replacement Josh Johnson was forced out of the game in the 3rd quarter too. The Philadelphia defense held the 49ers to only 164 total yards and ensured it was a game to forget for San Francisco. All 4 of the Eagles’ trips to the end zone came on the ground, running back Miles Sanders picked up 2 touchdowns from his 11 carries, with Boston Scott and QB Jalen Hurts adding the others.
