Game Preview

The Vipers have not had a great start to the season, and Rod Woodson’s much-anticipated coaching debut has been disappointing. Vegas has 116 yards rushing combined in the first two games, which is concerning because of their strong offensive line.

Brett Hundley made an appearance at quarterback, but Vegas turned the ball over four times and scored once all game, on a rushing touchdown.

Vegas is dealing with a few injuries, but the lack of offensive production early on has been concerning. Oh, and here’s the picture of Cashman Field that went viral.

The Sea Dragonas have been a disappointment after entering the season as one of the more exciting teams due to some big names. Yet, they are 0-2 as well, although they almost pulled out a win against the Battlehawks in Week 2.

However, two offensive bright spots have been Ben DiNucci and Josh Gordon. DiNucci has thrown for 448 yards to lead the XFL thus far.

Gordon’s performance in the early part of the season has been surprising, but the Sea Dragons have both Blake Jackson and Jahcour Pearson leading the way in receiving.

Seattle should have won a game already, and DiNucci looks too good to be playing QB in the XFL.

Prediction

The Vegas offense has been rough by all means, and who knows which QB will play in this game. Nonetheless, things don’t look good in Vegas right now, and RB Rod Smith has to run the ball better to set the offense up for success.

The Sea Dragons still have one of the better rosters in the XFL, and DiNucci and his electric group of WRs is definitely a massive bonus. Seattle walks into Cashman Field and gets a massive win as Vegas remains winless going into Week 4.
