Game Preview
Former Alabam Crimson Tide star QB AJ McCarron has been sensational during his XFL time with the Battlehawks, and a loss to the undefeated Defenders is nothing to be upset about.
Former NFL RB Brian Hill has been tremendous as well, and the Battlehawks could make some noise down the stretch of the XFL season.

Kyle Sloter made his first start as Renegades QB and threw a game-winning touchdown to former USC WR Tyler Vaughns down the stretch, and maybe the move to Sloter was the right decision.
However, scoring just 10 points and one touchdown against the worst team in the league does not bode well for their chances against St. Louis.
Prediction
One of the best stories of the XFL so far has been the turnaround of AJ McCarron, and St. Louis is expected to have a ton of fans at the dome for this weekend’s game. The Renegades’ offense needs some work, although perhaps Kyle Sloter does better in his second start.
Nonetheless, I’ll roll with the Battlehawks winning by at least a touchdown at home.
