Five wins in a row later, and the Red Storm are right back in the bubble discussion. They need to win this matchup.

Seton Hall finds themselves into a peculiar position among the bubble teams. Their metrics leave much to be desired, sitting at #55 in KenPom, and #62 in the NET. On the other hand, the Pirates went 13-7 in a tough Big East, picked up five Q1 wins, and a signature win over UConn. Combined with their 20-11 record, that should be enough to overlook their poor metrics, A win over St. John’s would aid those chances more.
