2023-24 NBA Player Props, Breakdown, Odds, and Picks (Mar 18)

By · Updated 1 month ago
  • We’ve got two interesting NBA player props for you for Monday, March 18, 2024.
  • We predict that Cleveland’s Darius Garland will have a great game tonight.
  • Our NBA player prop pick is that Tyrese Maxey won’t score as many points as expected.

There’s plenty of action in the NBA this evening. Eight games are on the program, including a couple of real bangers, like the Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat vs. Philadelphia 76ers. These two games look ideal for NBA player props, and in the next part, we’ll explain why that is the case.

Cavaliers vs. Pacers

How to Watch

  • When: Monday, March 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. ET
  • Where: Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, Indiana
  • Channel: NBA League Pass

Prop Pick

The Indiana Pacers are the team that’s scoring more points on average than any other team in the NBA in 2024. The Cleveland Cavaliers aren’t great scoring-wise, but there’s one player who’s been doing great offensively.

Donovan Mitchell is the man we’re talking about, who’s responsible for roughly one-quarter of all of Cleveland’s points. The bad news for the Cavs is that he’ll miss tonight’s game. And so will several other high-scoring players, including – Even Mobley, Max Strus, etc.

Without them on the court, it’s Darius Garland who will have to do most work on the court, which is why we expect him to score more than what bookies are expecting.

NBA Player PropOdds
Darius Garland Over 22.5 Points-122

Heat vs. 76ers

How to Watch

  • When: Monday, March 18, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. ET
  • Where: Wells Fargo Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
  • Channel: ESPN

Prop Pick

Miami’s been great defensively this season, so Philadelphia is likely to struggle with scoring tonight. Of course, it would be a whole different story if Joel Embiid was there, but without him, the 76ers probably won’t do much.

The last time they played against Miami, they scored just 104 points. However, Philly’s Tyrese Maxey was the highest-scoring player that evening with 30 points. This time, we don’t think he’s going to be as productive.

One of the main reasons is that unlike in the previous Heat vs. 76ers game, Jimmy Butler will play. He’s Miami’s leader when it comes to steals and is fourth in terms of blocks.

NBA Player PropOdds
Tyrese Maxey Under 28.5 Points-110
