Match Preview
Despite being just the third round of matches in the Premier League this season, this already feels like a huge six-pointer at the bottom end of the Premier League standings between Wolves and Everton. The Toffees have suffered back-to-back defeats to start the new season, and they are yet to score a goal.
They haven’t gone their opening three matches to a top-flight season without finding the back of the net since 1990-91. Meanwhile, they have won just once in their last 25 league matches when they have conceded at least one goal. They are winless in their last 13 such matches on Merseyside.

Wolves are also yet to pick up a point in the Premier League this term. They were unable to back up a solid display at Old Trafford on the opening weekend last Saturday, as they were thumped in their opening home match of the season by Brighton. Wolves could suffer three straight defeats to start a new Premier League season for the second time in three campaigns.
However, they boast a solid record in this fixture, as Wolves are unbeaten in their last four league fixtures against the Toffees. Meanwhile, the team from the Black Country have won on each of their previous two visits to Goodison Park. But, they have never previously won three on the bounce away from home against Everton.
Everton vs Wolves Prediction
This is a huge fixture at the bottom of the Premier League standings this weekend. We expect a low scoring affair between the sides, but we give the narrow preference to the visitors as they have dominated the previous clashes between the teams.
