Match Preview
Chelsea have spent big again this week, as the Blues have smashed the British record fee to bring in Moises Caicedo. The former Brighton star could be named in the starting eleven at the London Stadium this weekend, as the Blues look to register a first win of the season following a 1-1 home draw against Liverpool in their opener.
Chelsea boasts an excellent record in London Derbies, as they will be looking to become the second team to win 150 matches this weekend. However, the Blues have won just five of their last 30 Premier League fixtures. That is the fewest wins that they have recorded over a 30-game span since between December 1987 and October 1988. Chelsea’s last win was a 3-1 success over Bournemouth in May.

West Ham will also hand a start to one of their latest signings, as James Ward-Prowse is expected to start for the Hammers this weekend. They were held to a draw in their opening match of the season, as they played out a 1-1 draw on the road against Bournemouth last weekend.
The Hammers ended the previous campaign with two consecutive victories. However, they have lost their first home match in four of the previous five seasons. Their record in London derbies is also poor, as they have suffered eleven defeats from their previous 16.
West Ham vs Chelsea Prediction
The pressure will be on Chelsea this weekend after another big week of spending at Stamford Bridge. However, we were impressed by their display against Liverpool in their previous match, and we could see them getting over the line to give Mauricio Pochettino a first win at the club this weekend.
