Race Preview
The final Group 1 of the week takes place at 10:40 a.m. ET on Saturday, as the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes is run over six furlongs. There is an international flavor to the contest this weekend, with a number of Australian contenders dominating the betting. Among those is the market leader, Artorius.
The four-year-old was fourth on her previous start in Australia, but he was excellent when landing a dominant success on home soil in early March over 6 Ā½ furlongs. However, he was back in sixth on his last start in Europe, behind Highfield Princess, and was beaten at the Royal meet last year by Naval Crown in the G1 Platinum Jubilee Stakes.
Wellington is the pick for this race after running in high class company throughout the year in Hong Kong. He has finished behind the worldās top-rated sprinter in each of his previous four starts, while he beat Lucky Sweynesse back in December of last year. This is his first British start, and he could be challenging to beat on his peak form.

Race Preview
The Hardwicke Stakes is always one of my favorite races of the week, as it is an open betting heat. The contest is run over a mile and four, and it is due off at 11:20 a.m. ET. On ratings, the lightly-raced Hukum could be challenging to overlook, especially based on his win over last yearās Derby winner on his previous start.
The six-year-old looked better than ever on his comeback start, as he landed the G1 Coronation Stakes from Pyledriver at Epsom. The fact that he has previous winning experience over course and distance is also hard to ignore. However, it could be worth following a runner with a more progressive profile.
Free Wind could be among those, and could deliver Frankie Dettori a final winner at Royal Ascot. The five-year-old was excellent on his comeback start at York, beating Rogue Millennium by just under a length.
He has also previously won over this distance, beating Sea La Rosa by a widening two lengths last year. At a bigger price, four-year-old Grand Alliance could be open to further improvement over this distance having landed the G3 John Porter at Newbury at the end of April.
