By · Updated 5 months ago
  • We’ve got two NBA player props for you for Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
  • We predict Donovan Mitchell will score a lot of points tonight.
  • Can the Timberwolves stop Nikola Jokic this evening?

We went two-for-two with our NBA player props yesterday and we’re confident we can do the same today. There are plenty of betting options to choose from given that eight NBA games are scheduled for April 10. Two of those, however, look ideal for NBA prop bets as you’ll find out if you keep on reading.

Grizzlies vs. Cavaliers

How to Watch

  • When: Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. ET
  • Where: Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, Cleveland, Ohio
  • Channel: NBA League Pass

Prop Pick

The Cleveland Cavaliers lost their last three games, but they now have a great opportunity to get back on the winning track. It’s because they’re playing against one of the worst teams in the league, the Memphis Grizzlies.

This is going to be the Cavs’ first home game after five matches on the road. The last time they played at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, they beat the Philadelphia 76ers 117-114. Georges Niang was the player who scored the most points that evening (25 points), while Cleveland’s points leader Donovan Mitchell scored only 12.

This time, we think Mitchell will do much better. He’s averaging 26.4 points per game, so it’s only logical to assume he’ll do well tonight. He missed the last game due to injury but is expected to play. If he does play, we think he’s going to go over 21.

NBA Player PropOdds
Donovan Mitchell 21+ Points-114

Timberwolves vs. Nuggets

How to Watch

  • When: Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. ET
  • Where: Ball Arena, Denver, Colorado
  • Channel: ESPN

Prop Pick

Both teams have already secured their place in the 2024 NBA postseason, meaning that tonight’s game doesn’t have too big an importance for either team. The two will battle for the No. 1 seed in the West, but that’s not too big a deal, especially if it means risking injuries of key players.

That said, we might see Nikola Jokic get only a limited time on the court this evening. The center is reportedly struggling with a hip injury, so even if he plays, he might not do great. And even if he was 100% fit, he probably wouldn’t score too much as his team is playing against the league’s best defense.

Nikola Jokic Under 26.5 Points-200
