NBA Player Props, Breakdown, Odds, and Picks (Jun 9)
- Game 4 of the 2023 NBA Finals is on the program on Friday, June 9.
- The Denver Nuggets lead the series 2-1.
- Miami’s players need to start scoring more ASAP.
The Miami Heat are 2-1 down after losing 109-94 to the Denver Nuggets at home last Wednesday. They had their fans to cheer them on, but it didn’t help much – Nikola Jokic & Co. absolutely destroyed them in the third game of the 2023 NBA Finals.
Knowing that after Game 4, the series moves back to Denver – where the Nuggets have lost just once in the 2023 postseason – the Miami boys are in trouble if they lose again.
If they’re going to win NBA Finals Game 4, they’ll need to do much better offensively. And we’re not just talking about their two superstars Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo who’s actually been okay scoring-wise. We’re talking about veterans like Kyle Lowry as well.

Prop Pick
Erik Spoelstra’s men lost two of the three games of the 2023 NBA Finals. In each of those losses, we saw them score under 100 points. Further, the same was the case in two of the three losses in the Boston Celtics series of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Obviously, the recipe for winning in Miami’s case is to do better offensively. Some of the Heat’s players have been doing okay scoring-wise; others have not. Kyle Lowry is one of the players who needs to step up ASAP.
The 37-year-old has been getting a decent amount of time on the court, but he hasn’t done much. He scored over 10 points in just two of his last 10 games. In the most recent game against the Nuggets, we saw the veteran guard score 9 points despite spending 29:30 minutes on the court.

That just isn’t good enough for the six-time All-Star player. He might be past his prime, but he definitely has the skillset necessary to shine in big games such as Game 4 of the NBA Finals.
