Lions vs. Bills Week 2 Odds
Game Preview
Let’s be realistic. The Detroit Lions got away with a win over the Saints, 31-30. For those who don’t know, they have defeated the guests from New Orleans following an OT in which they defended a two-point conversion.
Jahmyr Gibbs dominated the ground game with 156 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Jared Goff posted 206 passing yards with two TDs, both to Amon-Ra St. Brown. However, the secondary was terrible, allowing the Saints 378 passing yards.
Bills defeated the Texans in Houston in Week 1, 36-31, busting one of the best, if not the best, defenses in the NFL in its own house. The reigning NFL MVP Josh Allen was the best guy on the field with 334 passing yards and two passing TDs.
His main targets were Dalton Kincaid with 130 receiving yards and DJ Moore, who had 100 receiving yards and a TD on his debut for the Bills. Buffalo’s LBs were excellent. Gregg Rousseau sacked CJ Stroud twice, while Terrel Bernard had 12 tackles.
Lions vs. Bills Predictions
Let’s put it like this. If the Saints offense made problems for the Lions, imagine what the NFL MVP and his receiving core will do. Plus, there is a factor of James Cook III also involved, despite him not having a shiny opening night.
