Best moneyline: Cowboys (-285) vs Cardinals. Arizona has the worst defense in the NFL, allowing 29.7 points per game, and Dallas comes in off a 38-21 win in Philadelphia.
Best pick against the spread: Commanders -5.5 vs Eagles. Philadelphia is without Jalen Hurts for the season and scores just 18.1 points per game, while Washington comes in rested off a bye.
Best total: Under 46.5, Falcons vs Buccaneers. Two run-first offenses meet two of the league’s best run defenses in a divisional game with plenty of pressure on both sides.

Ravens vs Bills Prediction & Odds
Kickoff: Sunday, Nov 1 · 1:00 PM ET · Highmark Stadium, Orchard Park, NY
Two AFC contenders meet in Western New York, and Baltimore now expects to have Lamar Jackson under center despite a growing injury list. Buffalo returns home after back-to-back road wins in which it was tested and came through both times. Jackson’s return makes the Ravens a much tougher opponent, but he may not be at 100%, and with the Bills at home, getting 3.5 points with Buffalo still looks like the value side.

Vikings vs Lions Prediction & Odds
Kickoff: Sunday, Nov 1 · 1:00 PM ET · Ford Field, Detroit, MI
Minnesota arrives at 6-0 with the NFL’s best defense, but the offense hasn’t looked convincing in recent weeks. Detroit’s pass rush should get after Kyler Murray, and with Jared Goff and the offense playing well at home, we think the Lions can hand the NFC leaders their first loss of the season.

Washington hosts a Philadelphia team without Jalen Hurts, who is out for the season, and with Saquon Barkley struggling for form. Dan Quinn is under real pressure after a 1-4-1 start, and coming off a bye, this is the ideal chance for the Commanders to ease it on Sunday Night Football.
