Game Preview
Joe Burrow ranks No. 4 in passing yards in the NFL with 1,171 after 4 weeks. Though only the Packers have a worse run game than the Bengals, who average 74.2 ypg. And when a team is one-dimensional as the Bengals are now, rivals eventually figure out how to slow it down.
Jags did that last week in Cincinnati, winning 22-17, and before that, the Steelers in Pittsburgh 30-27. So, apart from Chase Brown, who has 207 rushing yards so far, the Bengals need another run option; otherwise, the playoffs might stay out of reach.
Dolphins score only 11.5 points per game. QB Malik Willis isn’t performing as expected, and as time goes by, the fans are losing patience with him. After 4 rounds, Willis has just one passing TD.
On the other side, the defense is more or less OK, having faced the Raiders, 49ers, Chiefs and the Vikings, and allows 25.2 ppg. Given the offensive potential of their previous rivals, that is good, but it’s wasted because Willis and the offense are falling apart.

This is a good situation for the Bengals, who are playing at home again, while the Fins have their 4th road game in 5 weeks. Also, the guests have the worst offense and face one of the league’s best QBs, so we don’t need to explain why we bet on the Bengals to win.
