Cardinals barely missed a chance to upset the injured 49ers on the road, losing their Week 3 matchup, 36-30. If they had a bit better defense, things would have turned out better. Yet, not recording a single sack and allowing the Niners 437 scrimmage yards explains everything.
Their defense is 25th in the NFL in allowed yards with 362 per game, which explains a lot. Brissett and the offensive unit are still building chemistry, especially with No. 3 pick RB Jeremyah Love. He was the biggest candidate for the NFL OROY award, yet needs to step up to stay in contention for that honors.
The Giants’ pass rush took a major hit this weekend when Brian Burns picked up an injury. It’s still unclear what his status is, but many suggest he won’t be able to play in Week 4.
New York defeated the Tennessee Titans 12-7, with Jameis Winston having only 118 passing yards, but with the runners producing 138. Cam Skattebo had 60 and Najee Harris 52. By the way, the Giants have scored all of their points via field goals.

We really believe Arizona is closer to bagging the victory here. Why? Because they are more fluid on offense, while the Giants struggle to score points. We saw that against the Titans, whose defense is mediocre. Additionally, if Burns is out, Brissett will be even more comfortable and have more time to pick his targets.
