Match Preview
Just two sides remain in the hunt to be crowned European champions this season, as Man City and Inter Milan clash in the Champions League final in Turkey this weekend. Man City will be looking to banish the ghosts of 2021, as they were beaten in their previous appearance in the showpiece match by Chelsea.
However, they have been long-time favorites for European glory this term, and have been incredibly consistent throughout the knockout rounds. Their standout performance came in the previous round, as they eased to a 4-0 home win over Real Madrid. That success means that they have now scored 17 goals in six knockout stage matches this term.

Inter Milan will be chasing a fourth European Cup success, having previously landed the title in 2009-10 under Jose Mourinho. Their run to this stage of the competition this term has been a shock, but they have overcome some stuff challenges, including Barcelona in the group stage, and cross-city rivals, AC Milan in the semi-finals.
Inter were excellent across their two matches at the San Siro against AC Milan, as they took firm control of the tie with two goals in the opening 15 minutes of the first leg. They have won four of their six matches in the knockout stages, and certainly come into this tie in excellent recent form after winning their last three matches.
Man City vs Inter Milan Prediction
This should be an exciting Champions League final on Saturday, but the advantage is very much with City. We expect Pep Guardiola’s side to capture the treble this weekend, and we could see them doing it with a comfortable win in Istanbul.
