Match Preview
Life under Ange Postecoglou has got underway smoothly for Tottenham Hotspur, as they remain unbeaten across their opening two matches of the new season. Spurs finally managed to register a first league win of the season on Saturday, as they out-played Manchester United to record a 2-0 home win over the Red Devils.
James Maddison was the standout performer for the hosts, but the North London club could be without the attacking midfielder this weekend. Tottenham opened the scoring early in the second half on Saturday, as Pape Matar Sarr smashed home from close range. Their advantage was doubled in the final ten minutes following an own goal from Lisandro Martinez.

Bournemouth are still searching for a first league win of the new season. They were held by West Ham in their opening match of the season, before they battled well against Liverpool at Anfield last weekend. However, they ultimately came up short against the Reds, with the hosts landing a 3-1 home win.
The Cherries started the brighter of the two sides, with Antoine Semenyo breaking the deadlock inside three minutes. However, Liverpool turned the game on its head with two goals before the half time break. But, positives would have been taken from Bournemouth’s performance despite the eventual defeat at Anfield.

Tottenham was excellent against United last weekend, and they look good value to continue their winning streak. Spurs have won eight previous Premier League clashes against Bournemouth since 2015, and we could see them recording a second straight win at the Vitality on Saturday.
