One of WWE’s biggest shows of the year is set for U.S. Bank Stadium this weekend, as SummerSlam is spread across the weekend in Minnesota. Two championship matches headline the weekend, while a potential final match for Brock Lesnar in WWE sees the Beast collide with Oba Femi. Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar
For the third, and final time, Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi collide in a WWE ring. The showdown is expected to be Lesnar’s retirement bout after teasing his exit following a loss against Femi at WrestleMania earlier this year.
Instead, the Beast returned at Clash in Italy to level the series scores. Stakes have been increased for the trilogy bout, as the heavyweights will collide in Hell in a Cell. A hard-hitting clash is expected to create one of the moments of the weekend, as Lesnar passes the torch to Femi.

CM Punk vs. Cody Rhodes
CM Punk will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against former friend Cody Rhodes on Saturday night at SummerSlam. Punk won the gold on his return, beating Sami Zayn on Raw. Rhodes immediately challenged Punk to a title showdown on the following episode of SmackDown, before tensions between the stars boiled over after a tag team win over Gunther and Zayn at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Based on how the rivalry has been elevated, we could see this bout being the first in a series, meaning we expect Punk to retain, but we could foresee Rhodes turning heel in the aftermath.
Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins
A title showdown which has been 12 years in the making will headline the SummerSlam weekend, as Roman Reigns defends the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins. The two superstars were previously part of The Shield, before Rollins turned on the group in June 2014.
Rollins was forced to relinquish the gold due to injury in October 2025, and Reigns won the belt after beating CM Punk at WrestleMania. A five-star classic is expected between the two former friends on Sunday, but it appears too soon in his reign for Reigns to drop the gold.
