Event Preview
The fourth round of action on the LIV Golf schedule for 2023 takes us to Australia. It could be a pivotal event in the races for both individual and team championships. Charles Howell III currently leads the way in the singles championship, with his only previous victory this term coming in the LIV Golf Mayakoba.
However, the current leader in the standings will need to respond after finishing fifth and 26th in the Tucson and Orlando events. Cameron Smith will have the most expectation on his shoulders this weekend, as he competes in his home country for the first time since joining the LIV Tour.

The Australian comes into the event after finishing +4 at The Masters to take a tie for 34th. Smith’s performances on the LIV Tour have been slightly disappointing this season, as he finished outside the top 20 in both Tucson and Orlando in the previous two rounds.
Brooks Koepka could be a player worth siding with this weekend. The American looked back to somewhere near his very best at The Masters, as he finished in a tie for second. He has also previously claimed success on the LIV Tour this season, having won the LIV Golf Orlando.

We will use The Masters as our main form line, but instead side with Patrick Reed, who finished the major excellently by going -4 in the final round. He is yet to win an event on the LIV Tour, but he appears to be edging toward that maiden success after finishing third in Orlando.
