Event Preview
The engrossing action on the DP World Tour continues this weekend, as the race for important points on the Race to Dubai continues in Scotland. The Alfred Dunhill Links Championship has been staged since 2001, with the field competing across three prestigious courses in Fife and Angus, Scotland.
Tyrrell Hatton is an obvious starting point to consider this weekend. Hatton is a three-time winner of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, and he was the runner-up 12 months ago. Hatton holds the two best scores at the DP World Tour event, and he was in reliable recent form when finishing ten-under to take a share of 27th at the BMW Championship.
It has been a slightly frustrating season for Tommy Fleetwood, and he was a late withdrawal at last weekend’s Open de France. Fleetwood is yet to win an event since landing the DP World India Championship last October. He was last seen failing to make the cut at the BMW PGA Championship.
