Fight Preview
Marcin Tybura is a very well-rounded fighter with plenty of weapons in his arsenal. He also has decent stamina for a heavyweight and is known for being a very tough guy. The Pole did lose five fights by KO/TKO, but most of those losses happened against elite heavyweights like Tom Aspinall, Augusto Sakai, and Derick Lewis.
Serghei Spivac too has a fine portfolio, with 16 wins and just four losses, three of which happened by KO/TKO against elite strikers. This shouldn’t worry him much ahead of the fight with Tybura, which is probably going to be a wrestling duel, the same as their previous fight.
This is great news for Spivac, who lands more than 4.5 takedowns per three rounds. He landed six against Derrick Lewis, as well as against Augusto Sakai and Tai Tuivasa, winning each of those fights.
He doesn’t land too many strikes, but his punches are incredibly powerful. The evidence of this is that two of his last three wins happened by TKO.
Tybura vs. Spivac 2 Prediction
These two are very similar fighters with powerful striking and amazing wrestling. We think that the fight will come down to who’s got the better stamina. So, who has it? We think it’s Tybura as 12 of his 33 fights lasted for three rounds.
We suspect the Tybura vs. Spivac 2 will last for roughly three rounds after which the Polish fighter will finish his gassed-out opponent.
