UFC Saudi Arabia Preview
Israel Adesanya was one of the most dominant UFC champions. However, he lost his edge recently, which is why we saw him lose in the previous two events. After dropping the belt to Sean Strickland via decision, he was submitted by Dricus du Plessis, who later won the title. A win here would probably force Dana White to arrange a rematch with du Plessis and give him another chance to reclaim the division.
Izzy’s reflexes didn’t look good against both Strickland and du Plessis. But we need to say that it might be because his cardio was significantly worse than in the past. Other than that, we haven’t noticed anything different in his game plan.
Imavov is the rising force. For many who like to bet on MMA, he is the sure pick for a champion one day. The Sniper, as the fans call him, has 15 wins, four defeats, and one no-contest. After an accidental head clash vs. Chris Curtis, Imavov went on to win three straight battles – vs. Dolidze, Cannonier and Allen.
The 29-year-old is a versatile figure inside the octagon, as he knows both to strike and grapple. Though, he likes taking care of his business on his feet because of his fantastic precision and his reactions.

We aren’t sure whether Izzy regained some of his cardio, which isn’t that likely given that he is 35 years old. Solely due to that, we will pick Imavov to make a surprise and triumph here.
