The Timberwolves are without a win in their last five trips to Denver’s Ball Arena, but they did come very close to winning last time – the Nuggets beat them by just three points a year ago.

Now, the visitors from Minnesota want to end their poor run, and for that to happen, each of their players needs to give their maximum tonight. This goes especially for Rudy Gobert, who’s been sensational defensively in the 2023-24 season, but who also needs to up his scoring game.

The Frenchman is averaging 13.6 points per game, but we think he’s going to do better than that tonight. We can definitely see him score 15 or more.

Mavericks vs. Kings

The Dallas Mavericks have been playing fantastic basketball lately, winning each of their last five games. In four of those, Luka Doncic was the Mavs’ top scorer. It’s no surprise given that he’s the NBA’s points leader with a PPG of 33.9.

However, there are some reports that he’s struggling with an injury. He’s reportedly injured his Achilles tendon. It’s not a serious injury, but it could impact his performance in the Mavericks vs. Kings game.

In fact, we suspect that coach Jason Kidd might decide to give Doncic only a limited time on the court this evening. As a result, Doncic probably won’t score as many points as he would in normal circumstances.
