Game Preview
Mike Evans is gone from Tampa Bay, and we are getting the impression that the fans won’t forgive the management for this. The only thing that could ease their anger is the new offensive coordinator, Zac Robinson. If he manages to establish a high-octane offense and use Baker properly, Tampa Bay should win the NFC South.
The Buccaneers should add more running to their offense, with Kenneth Gainwell landing in Florida. He and Bucky Irving might form an interesting duo which could provide at least 100 rushing yards per game.
As for the Bengals, if they don’t do something big, this might be Joe Burrow’s last season in Cinci. After all the injuries, poor results, management incompetence, etc, the former No.1 pick just might leave Paycor Stadium. Which is understandable.
He still has an elite offense, especially the receiving corps, led by his LSU teammate, Ja’Marr Chase. The defense, well, that’s questionable, especially after losing Trey Hendrickson. There were some signings like Boye Mafe and Jonathan Allen, but still there are plenty of questions regarding this part of the unit.
