Game Preview

Jets didn’t have a single interception last season. Hopefully, Minkah Fitzpatrick will change that. They also didn’t have a noticeable passing game, which is why they brought back the veteran Geno Smith.

To be honest, we believe that the Jets might tank this season and aim for the top choice at the 2027 NFL Draft. Smith will fill the void, and he already knows the organization and is familiar with the system. If there is any, actually.

Will Cam Ward and the rookie Carnell Tate establish a connection? The answer to this question will decide the Titans’ season. It’s as simple as that. Last year, Tony Pollard ran for 1,000 yards for the 4th straight time, and with Tate in the offense, this unit should be much more diverse now.

Saleh will have to upgrade the defense with his ideas. Last year, Jeffrey Simmons posted 11 sacks, but to be honest, aside from him, there weren’t any notable players worth mentioning. Saleh has to find some during this season.

Jets vs. Titans Head to Head

Across 47 all-time regular-season matchups, Tennessee holds a narrow 25–21–1 lead in the historic series. The last meeting was in 2024, when the Jets beat Tennessee in Nashville, 24-17.

Jets vs. Titans Predictions

Titans have Saleh, who has a massive motive to beat the Jets. We are sure he will study his former team thoroughly to find weak spots. With much better offensive solutions than last year, the Titans look like a team that’s closer to victory here than the Jets.
