2023 PFL 4 Predictions

Brendan Loughnane vs. Jesus Pinedo

FighterOdds
Brendan Loughnane
Jesus Pinedo

Brandan Loughnane is probably the best featherweight fighter in the Professional Fighters League (PFL). This is why you shouldn’t be surprised by the fact that his PFL 4 odds are -500.

Loughnane is the winner of last year’s tournament, who won the $1 million prize after beating Bubba Jenkins by TKO. The Englishman started his 2023 campaign with another TKO win. This time, it was against Marlon Moraes in Round 2. We wouldn’t be surprised if he did something similar on June 8.

Prediction:

Movlid Khaybulaev vs. Tyler Diamond

FighterOdds
Movlid Khaybulaev
Tyler Diamond

With the 2023 PFL 4 odds of -800, Movlid Khaybulaev is expected to have a field day on June 8. The former protégé of Khabib Nurmagomedov’s dad is undefeated in his professional career which started in 2011 in Dagestan.

He’s the one who won the PFL Featherweight Tournament two years ago. On the road to the $1 million prize, he even beat Brandan Loughnane by a split decision.

But then, he decided to take a one-year hiatus. Khaybulaev came back to the cage on April 1, 2023, and we saw him beat Ryoji Kudo by unanimous decision.

It wasn’t an easy fight, and we think he’s going to do much better this time. Our prediction is that he’s going to take Tyler Diamond down and keep him pinned to the floor for a long time. If he doesn’t finish him by submission/knockout, we’re sure he’s going to do just enough to win by points.

Prediction:

Marthin Hamlet vs. Sam Kei

FighterOdds
Marthin Hamlet
Sam Kei

Marthin Hamlet is the fighter with the shortest 2023 PFL 4 betting odds. Priced at -1250, he’s expected to have a very easy job on Thursday. Actually, if he ended up losing the fight to Sam Kei, it would be one of the biggest upsets in the history of this MMA promotion.

Prediction:

Bubba Jenkins vs. Sung Bin Jo

FighterOdds
Bubba Jenkins
Sung Bin Jo

Bubba Jenkins is another major favorite who’s expected to win with zero problems in Atlanta. He’s a great wrestler with amazing stamina, who also has plenty of experience fighting at a high level. For instance, he went all the way to the PFL Final last year where Loughnane stopped him by TKO. Sung Bin Jo just doesn’t have the skill set to do the same.

Prediction:

Josh Silveira vs. Delan Monte

FighterOdds
Josh Silveira
Delan Monte

This is the main card opener, and we think it’s going to be a great fight. The two light heavyweights are going to give all they got, meaning that the fans will be entertained. Josh Silveira is 10-1 in his pro career but Delan Monte mustn’t be underestimated.

He’s 9-4 overall with six wins by KO/TKO. When it comes to his losses, three of them happened in the PFL. This time, however, we feel as if the time has come for the Brazilian to win. He’s got fast hands and fists made of concrete, so we wouldn’t be surprised if he beat Silveira by KO/TKO. Although we can’t say we’re 100% sure he’s going to win, Monte is our favorite 2023 PFL 4 longshot.
