Given the importance of this fight, our prediction is that this is going to be a real banger. Oliveira, known for his world-class grappling, holds the UFC record for submission wins (16). He may aim to make it 17, especially given Chandler’s struggles on the ground. When they first clashed, Oliveira won by TKO, but this time “Do Bronx” could go for a submission finish to secure a quick victory.
Oliveira recently lost to Arman Tsarukyan by a split decision, but he’s still ranked high in the lightweight division. His grappling advantage is likely to give him the edge, especially if he can control the fight on the mat.
