The reason why this should worry Chicago’s fans is that Philly’s center Joel Embiid is in top form right now. He’s the points leader of the 2023-24 NBA, scoring 34.2 points a game. We think it’s very likely he’ll score at least as many points this evening.

Game Preview
Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets and Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks are the two top NBA MVP favorites with odds of +210 and +430, respectively. Doncic is second on the list of the 2023-24 points leaders list with 32.7 PPG, with Jokic sitting in 12th place with 27.0 PPG.
However, Jokic and the Nuggets are playing on their turf this evening. At Ball Arena, they’re 10-2 this season, with Jokic having 30.3 points average at this venue in the 2023-24 season.
So, the big question is can he score more points than Doncic in tonight’s game? Odds suggest otherwise, but we think he’s going to pull it off. He hasn’t done that in almost two years, but we think he’ll do it tonight.
