Aaron Gordon is Denver’s hero so far in the playoffs. Not only did he win Game 1 vs. OKC, but he also created a swing for the upcoming events. The veteran forward had 22 points and 14 boards.
Jokic once again made history with 42 points, 22 boards, and six assists. This is the fifth time in playoff history that 40+ points, 20+ rebounds, and 5+ dimes have been recorded. Murray scored 21 with 6 boards and dimes. Russell Westbrook entered off the bench to add 18 points.
OKC was ahead of the rivals since the first quarter and led the game by as many as 14 points. However, they froze, allowing the Nuggets to come back and steal Game 1.
