Game Preview
Steve Kerr’s team will have an excellent chance of reaching the West Finals if Buddy Hield plays against the Timberwolves as he did against the Rockets in Game 7. Hield, had 33 points with 9-for-11 shooting beyond the three-point line.
Steph Curry scored 22 points, had 10 boards and 7 assists. Jimmy Butler added 20 buckets with 8 boards and 7 assists and was excellent on the defensive side of the ball. Warriors had one fantastic, diverse Game 7 performance.
The Timberwolves had enough time to rest following the five-game series against the Lakers. On the other side, the pause wasn’t long enough for them to lose their touch, so we expect Anthony Edwards and the boys to come at full speed.
