Kings vs. Warriors Preview
The Kings have made one big change on their roster, sending Harrison Barnes to San Antonio and landing DeMar DeRozan. We’ll see how that works. DeRozan was without a miss in the first meeting against GSW and had 15 buckets, a team-high.
Sacramento lost to the Warriors 122-112 because of three-pointers. They made only seven downtown shots in 27 attempts.
On the other hand, Steve Kerr’s boys were 28-for-52, which was 53.8%, and you have no defense against that. The newcomer Buddy Hield made six shots in seven attempts from behind the arc, and 22 points.
Curry didn’t spend his energy too much, scoring 13 points in 16 minutes, while Jonathan Kuminga scored 16 points in 20 minutes. DeAnthony Melton had a nice role off the bench, with 16 points and five boards.
