Oklahoma vs South Carolina Predictions

The winner of this matchup will take on the victors between TCU and Virginia in the Elite Eight. South Carolina has had difficulty dealing with Oklahoma in past matchups, but know their season is on the line in this tournament game. They will need Joyce Edwards to come through with another big performance while the supporting cast steps up with big plays on both sides of the ball. Our betting pick here is for the Gamecocks to defend a 17.5-point spread.
