Cowboys vs. Giants Odds
Game Preview
Cowboys are still one of the most potent offenses in the NFL. Dak Prescott has George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb as his primary targets, and these two just might be the best receiving duo in the league. The boys from Texas will undoubtedly bring entertaining games.
The defense was problematic for Dallas, which used its first-round pick to draft safety Caleb Downs. Overall, 5 selections were defensive players, and the other first-round pick was spent to boost the defense: edge Malachi Lawrence.
Second-year quarterback Jaxson Dart will have an excellent offensive arsenal at his disposal. Wideout Malik Nabers, Darnell Mooney, and tight end Isaiah Likely.
However, the story just a few are talking about is the Giants’ draft class. They landed several very, very talented guys. The top name is LB Arvell Reese, who was the No.5 pick in the last draft; No.10 was OT Francis Mauigoa. Defensive Rookie of the Year odds include both of these guys as contenders to win the award. Also, WR Malachi Field is considered the steal of the entire draft class.
Cowboys vs. Giants Head to Head
In 128 games so far, the Cowboys have a big lead, 78-48, with two ending in a tie.
Dallas won 16 of 17 games before losing in the last meeting, 34-17.
Cowboys vs. Giants Predictions
We like the Giants, we really do, and they have potential for great things. But right now, the Cowboys are the better team, with a much better offense led by Prescott. If this one becomes a shootaround, and it probably will, the Cowboys will win it easily.
- Free NFL Pick: Dallas Cowboys -3
