Packers vs. Jets Odds
Game Preview
The Packers allowed 29 straight points against the Vikings, losing the opener 39-22. It was incredible how they collapsed late in the game, with no solution to stop the rivals, who played without their starting QB.
The thing is, the Packers’ run game was terrible, and their best runner was Marshawn Lloyd with just 37 yards. Josh Jacobs is out, and we don’t know when he’s coming back. The Packers were one-dimensional, with 353 passing and 66 rushing yards.
Jets won in Nashville, 23-10. They were balanced on offense, posting 215 passing and 152 rushing yards. Breece Hall carried the ball 22 times for 102 yards and a TD.
Even though the Titans have a weak offense, we need to give credit to the Jets’ defense. Defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn did his job well. Jets limited Tennessee to just 195 total yards, sacking Cam Ward three times.
Packers vs. Jets Predictions
Many forget the Packers are missing two key players: Josh Jacobs and LB Micah Parsons. That’s pretty noticeable on the field, especially in the moments when they have to slow down the rivals. We will have to take a chance on an upset here and go with the Jets covering the spread. Their defense looks solid, and this might be the game where they go against the odds.
