Game Preview
Saints went all-or-nothing in Detroit, losing to the Lions in overtime, 31-30. They tried a two-point conversion, which eventually failed, yet the team earned our respect and showed plenty of qualities.
Tyler Shough threw for 410 yards, 3 touchdowns, and was picked twice. Though, in the key moments, this fella stepped up and delivered. His main target was Chris Olave, who had 10 receptions for 182 yards. The defense was mediocre, and that was the main reason the Lions won this one.
Ravens come back home following a big win on the road in Indianapolis. It was 41-23 for Lamar and the boys, in a game that saw the two-time NFL MVP have 324 passing yards for one TD pass. Lamar ran for 40 more yards and one score.
Still, the man of the match was RB Derrick Henry, who had 24 carries for 144 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns. He remains the main force on offense, with power running that breaks down rivals’ defensive lines.
Saints vs. Ravens Predictions
Baltimore is an offense-minded team, and few units in the league can match its firepower. For now, the Saints can’t as well. Also, the Ravens will have the home-field edge, so all this points to them winning and covering the spread.
