Vikings vs. Bears Odds
Game Preview
Minnesota managed to score 29 unanswered points to completely flip the result and take down their big rivals, the Green Bay Packers. It was 39-22 for Kevin O’Connell’s unit, which lost Kyler Murray early in the game.
Carson Wentz stepped in and showed immediate chemistry with star receiver Justin Jefferson. JJ had two touchdown catches, while Wentz threw for only 133 passing yards yet had 3 TDs.
Ben Johnson’s offense hit on all cylinders, putting up points on almost every drive. The Bears won 59-37 in Carolina, making the highest-scoring opener ever. They generated 247 rushing yards and 552 yards in total.
Quarterback Caleb Williams accounted for four total touchdowns, two passing and two rushing, as he threw for 269 yards and ran for 65 more. RB D’Andre Swift had 124 yards on the ground with 3 touchdowns. Impressive.
Vikings vs. Bears Predictions
The Bears won’t let Minnesota run the way they did against the Packers. Their offense is way more potent, and it doesn’t have drought stretches. Also, Wentz was rational, yet modest, and his numbers simply can’t keep the Vikings in contention against a high-paced Chicago offense.
