Eagles vs. Jets Odds
Game Preview
The Eagles lost in Cleveland, 22-13, but neither Tanner McKee nor Jalen Hurts was used. To be honest, their replacements (Kyle McCord and Dorian Thompson-Robinson) were terrible, having generated 55 yards combined and a pick and a TD pass.
Andrew Mukuba took the stage and stole the spotlight with his 75-yard pick-six, which was more or less the only notable thing the Eagles did in this event. The 22-year-old rookie cemented his place in the rotation, and he may be the Eagles’ jackpot from the draft.
The Jets’ secondary was torn apart against the Giants, who had 398 passing yards and three QBs with 100+yards. On the other hand, the green team from NY had just 192 passing yards delivered from three different guys. Adrian Martinez threw for 114 yards and one pick. Brady Cook threw for the Jets’ sole TD in this one.
Breece Hall ran 7 times for just 26 yards, and he needs to be much better for Week 1 of the regular season. The same goes for Justin Fields, who ended this event with 5 rushing and 4 passing yards.
Eagles vs. Jets Head to Head
The Jets have just one win against the Eagles in 13 games, losing the remaining 12. That sole triumph was in 2023, 20-14, which was their last meeting.
Eagles vs. Jets Predictions
Eagles are a better team, and even if they don’t use most of their starters, despite the home-field edge, the Jets can’t beat the Super Bowl champions.
