Colts vs. Chiefs Odds
Game Preview
The Indianapolis Colts lost to the Steelers three weeks ago, but then beat the Falcons, 31-25, in overtime the following Sunday. This game was in Berlin, by the way. Daniel Jones and the boys didn’t play well, but in the end, they posted win number 8 of the current campaign. After that, Indianapolis had a week off.
Believe it or not, Jonathan Taylor ran 244 yards back then, scoring three touchdowns. He delivered pure art at the Olympic Stadium, showing the best the NFL has to offer to European fans. Taylor already has 1,139 rushing yards this year.
The Chiefs’ first of back-to-back failures was against the Bills, 28-21, followed by a tough loss to the Broncos, 22-19. Both games were on the road. The painful thing about the defeat to Denver is that it came from a division rival who already has a significant advantage in the standings. Plus, it was a last-second FG.
Rushers had just 62 yards, while Mahomes threw for 276 yards, one TD, and a pick. The team no longer has a stable offense, while the defense continues to perform solidly, allowing 18.4 points per game.
Colts vs. Chiefs Head to Head
In 28 games, the Colts have 18 wins, the Chiefs 10. Indianapolis won the last two, the previous being in 2022, 20-17 at home.
Colts vs. Chiefs Predictions
If Jonathan Taylor does not play at his usual level, the Chiefs will win. And overall, our pick, even with JT’s good game, is the hosts, because Kansas City returns to the Arrowhead, and Daniel Jones isn’t that convincing these days. When you combine these two factors with the Chiefs’ experience, our suggestion becomes logical.
