Patriots vs. Bengals Odds
Game Preview
The New England Patriots are 5-0 against the spread on the road, and that’s impressive, no matter the rivals and any other circumstance. Mike Vrabel’s unit is confident and ruthless, and it’s no wonder to see them atop the AFC.
QB Drake Maye is one of the top MVP contenders, with 2,836 passing yards so far, 20 touchdown passes, and 5 interceptions. Also, the defense is elite, allowing 84.7 rushing yards per game, the lowest in the NFL.
As for the Bengals, Joe Flacco is filling the space for Burrow, but the big cats from Ohio are limited here. He doesn’t have any help from the rushers, who post 81.4 yards per game, the second-worst in the league.
The defense allows the most points (33.4), total yards (418.2), and rushing yards (160.9) per game in the league. It’s the second-worst pass defense in the NFL with 257.3 yards per game.
Patriots vs. Bengals Head to Head
The New England Patriots have a better record, leading 18-10 in this series. The last game was in September 2024 when the Pats won 16-10 in Ohio.
Patriots vs. Bengals Predictions
The guests from Foxborough look much better than Cincinnati, and their defense will probably crack the Bengals’ shaky offense. Meanwhile, Maye and the boys have the weakest defense across themselves, and we do expect to see the Pats covering a 7-point spread.
