Steelers vs. Bears Odds
Game Preview
The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in NFL Week 11, 34-12, but they lost Aaron Rodgers and are probably stuck with Mason Rudolph for this event. The backup QB played solidly against the Bengals, going 12 for 16 for 127 passing yards and one touchdown pass.
Though, the defense again showed up. Kyle Dugger had a 73-yard pick-six, while James Pierre had a 34-yard fumble recovery that went all the way. So the Steelers’ defense did the magic in this contest.
As for the Bears, Ben Johnson made them a playoff-worthy team. Their defense still needs an upgrade, but on the other hand, the offense and Caleb Williams are working very well. Plus, Chicago is the 2nd team in the NFL in rushing yards, with 146.6 per game.
We saw that in the 19-17 win over the Vikings on the road, when the Bears had 140 yards on the ground. It was a grueling and demanding game, where the Bears won with a walk-off field goal, as Cairo Santos remained calm for a 48-yarder.
Steelers vs. Bears Head to Head
Bears lead the series against the Steelers, 19-8-1. The most recent game was in 2021 when the Steelers won at home, 29-27.
Steelers vs. Bears Predictions
If Rodgers plays, the Steelers might have some chances here, but if he doesn’t, it’s likely that the Bears will win and cover a 3-point spread. To be honest, it’s realistic to see that even if Rodgers plays for the Steelers.
