Game Preview

How the hell did the Colts waste an 11-point lead against the Chiefs, we can’t tell. But Mahomes and the boys avoided their third straight loss to remain in the playoff picture. A 23-20 OT victory over Indianapolis might be the turning point of the year, because it created a massive momentum in Kansas.

Mahomes threw 352 passing yards without a single touchdown, and with one intercepted pass. Now, we haven’t seen that in a long time. The sole score for the Chiefs came from Kareem Hunt, who ran 30 times for 104 yards. The remaining points were brought by kicker Harrison Butker.

It appears the Cowboys’ form is on the rise, as they defeated division rivals and Super Bowl champions, the Philadelphia Eagles, 24-21. Dak Prescott led his team back from a 21-point deficit to win. He threw 354 yards for two touchdowns and one interception, and he ran for one more score.

WR George Pickens was masterful with 146 receiving yards in 9 receptions for one touchdown. CeeDee Lamb had 75 receiving yards, while rusher Javonte Williams posted 87 yards on the ground.

Chiefs vs. Cowboys Head to Head

After 12 meetings, the Cowboys lead the series 7-5. Last one was in 2021 and the Chiefs won 19-9.

Chiefs vs. Cowboys Predictions

Kansas City isn’t good at all, and the reason for that is its offense. Strange to hear that, yet it’s the truth. Meanwhile, the Cowboys are improving, and at home, they can beat anyone. A win over the Eagles proves that. So we pick Dallas to defend a 3.5-point spread.
