Panthers vs. Saints Odds
Game Preview
The Carolina Panthers have one of the sloppiest offenses in the league, yet boast a positive record right now, and can even win the NFC South division. Two weeks ago, we saw them defeating one of the top, if not the biggest, Super Bowl contenders, the Rams, 31-28. Bryce Young threw for three touchdowns and 206 yards, without any turnovers. The rushers provided 164 yards on the ground.
Carolina lost to the Saints at home back in early November, and with that victory, this unit would be alone at the top of the division. So they have a huge motive to triumph.
The Saints beat the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay 24-20, practically erasing Carolina’s loss to them. However, we are sure that Kellen Moore and the guys want to damage their rivals as much as possible, and to beat all of them until the end of the year.
Tyler Shough is a refreshment for the Saints, and he is much better than any of the other QBs the Saints have on the roster. He threw for 144 passing yards and one pick in Tampa Bay, but on the other hand, Shough ran for 55 yards and two touchdowns. Devin Neal had 70 rushing yards and one TD, too.

The two divisional rivals met 62 times, and the Saints have a slight edge, winning 33 games, compared to the Panthers’ 29.
Panthers vs. Saints Predictions
Carolina was unrecognizable in that first meeting, and seems to have recovered now. Saints are better with Shough, but the rivals now have more tape on him. The one thing we think is inevitable here is that the game will go under 40.5 points. This line is too high. The initial event ended with 21 points. Plus, the Panthers had were free last weekend (had more time to prepare), and the Saints are back home after a series of road games (always play better defense in New Orleans).
