Game Preview

The Kansas City Chiefs are already looking at how to adapt to the next season and what to do without Mahomes, or at least how to adjust to new circumstances. Andy Reid surely tries new faces now to see whether some of them can be included in the new project.

The latest defeat to the Broncos at home, 20-13, showed some positives, but the QB position isn’t one of them. We know that Chris Oladokun is a third-string backup, but only 66 passing yards is way too low in any game. At least he didn’t have any picks with one touchdown; we have to admit that.

As for the Raiders, they have one NFL leader this season. However, it’s a negative category. Geno Smith has 19 touchdown passes and 17 interceptions, the most in the NFL.

He also leads the league in sacks received, with 55, the same as Cam Ward and one more than Justin Herbert. So, all in all, the Raiders’ QB had a terrible year, but at least the franchise might get the top pick at the next draft.

Chiefs vs. Raiders Head to Head

Kansas City and Las Vegas met 133 times, and the Chiefs lead the series 76-55-2. This year, they smashed the Raiders in the first game, holding them scoreless, 31-0.

Chiefs vs. Raiders Predictions

The total is 36.5 points, and even though it’s a closed dome, and the last round, we hardly believe that the total will surpass that line. Why? Both teams struggle on offense, and their defense is currently the stronger part of the unit. Plus, it’s a division thing.
