Bills vs. Jets Odds
Game Preview
A good part of Highmark Stadium was empty during the final quarter last Sunday night. Ravens were up 40-25 when last year’s NFL MVP, Josh Allen, began to show his magic. He led the Bills to a 16-0 run, which culminated with Matt Prater’s 32-yard walk-off field goal.
The Bills had 497 total yards, yet they allowed 432. Keon Coleman caught 112 receiving yards for a TD. In the end, Buffalo had no turnovers, forcing one late in the fourth quarter, which eventually led to their victory.
The Jets couldn’t do anything against Aaron Rodgers, who threw 4 TD passes in his first game after leaving them. Yet, the NYJ had a chance to win, but Garrett Wilson was hammered by Jalen Ramsey in the hosts’ final attempt to score.
Wilson had 95 rushing yards and one TD. Breece Hall had 107 receiving yards and 38 on the ground, while Justin Fields ran 48 yards for 2 scores and threw 218 passing yards for one TD pass.
Bills vs. Jets Head to Head
This AFC East rivalry has produced many battles. A current result in the all-time series is 71-58 for the Bills. Last year, they beat the Jets both times, 23-20 in New York and 40-14 at Highmark Stadium.
Bills vs. Jets Predictions
Both teams have high-octane offenses, and the way they played in the opening round, we believe their focus will be more on offense than defense. This is the reason we are betting on Over 45.5 points.
