Broncos vs. Chargers Odds
Game Preview
Denver was stopped by the Colts on the road in a thrilling game that ended 29-28. Spencer Shrader converted a 45-yard field goal as time expired to sink the Broncos, who had held a 28-20 lead early in the third quarter.
The Broncos’ defense, one of the best in the NFL, had a lousy night, recording just one sack and allowing 473 yards from scrimmage. Now that’s a lot for Denver’s standards. Meanwhile, Bo Nix threw for 206 yards and 3 TDs with an interception.
LAC stifled the Raiders in another AFC West clash, 20-9. Last year’s top NFL defense showed what it’s all about, forcing Geno Smith to throw three picks.
As for Herbert, he had 242 passing yards for 2 TDs, and he ran 31 yards. Quentin Johnston and Keenan Allen were his targets, both having a score, and they posted 71 and 61 receiving yards, respectively.
Broncos vs. Chargers Head to Head
The Denver Broncos lead 73-57 in the all-time series. Plus, there is one tie involved. Last year, the Chargers won both matches, 23-16 at the Mile High and 34-27 at home.
